RomnCatholic was making a deal with me that if my clan of a 4 people besides myself joins, we'd be a part of the Runehead, and we'd also have some sort of leadership (he probabbly means being in council. idk). Well, I think he said something like that. Runehead I know for sure he mentioned. I do have questions:

1. If my entire clan joins, shall we still have at least a portion of self-governing? I know that a clan chat can only rank as many as 100 people. I also know that my 4 people in my clan are extremely loyal to me. I don't want to disappoint them. Here are their names:

2. What is the Runehead?
3. Can you give details about the Clan Heirarchy?
4. Can anyone in clan come up with plans, be it for events or war?

1. Unfortunately, no, you wouldn't be able to automatically come in as a Council Member or Leader. You would all have to start out as normal members like everyone else and work your way up the clan hierarchy (listed near the bottom of the site above the users online area). The reasons being that we have over 400 members in this clan and we can't hand out ranks to people we don't know; it's been done before and the result was 15,000 deleted topics.

3. Clan Leader - Council Member - Warlord - Recruitment Team | Event Team | Publications Team - Elite Member - Member

4. All members can plan and host their own events. When it comes to wars, they are led by Warlords, Council Members, or Clan Leaders.

I'm not sure that I really understand, but are you talking about an alliance...this would mean that Holiaris clan would still be entirely self governing still but we can help you set up and develop your clan a bit more...and then we might be able to still fight along side each other in clan wars etc...if this isn't what you want...just say and disregard my comment. Like I said I didn't really understand so I might be way off.

i dont think its really a problem that romn suggested it, but tragics post sums up why we cant do that pretty well.

i think it is completely justified of RomnCatholic for doing this however...we just dont have the ability to give them some sort of self governing or any staff positions, and also because that would be unfair to the rest of the members...however i did think of a way we could give them the ability to still communicate just to each other...we could give them there own forums, like events and recruitment team had/have. But I do not have the ability to put this into place, and obviously i cant say this is what we are going to do.
